Fixed fee · standard delivery. No VAT is currently added.
Prices are in GBP. If paying from another currency, your bank or transfer provider will show the exchange rate and any fees before you send payment.
Standard delivery targets seven working days after we confirm the complete information pack, accepted terms and cleared payment. Missing or late records may require a revised date. Priority adds 25% (£618.75 total); Urgent adds 50% (£742.50 total), subject to availability and an agreed return date before payment.

Your company appoints and pays Haven Measure directly for these tasks and reviews, with no agency fees. Part-time and full-time work may be arranged through an agency by agreement. We agree the scope, deliverables, Haven’s service fee and return date before you pay.

Is £495 the total standard fee?
Yes, for the accepted standard Project Check scope. Haven Measure is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is currently added. Any agreed faster-delivery charge is shown before acceptance.
What if we have more documents or concerns?
Tell us before payment. We may narrow the selected pack, propose a separately priced task or discuss the £1,495 Detailed Project Check. The two reviews are alternatives for the same project.
Does the review include fixing everything it finds?
No. It includes findings, recommended next actions and a separate scope and price for suitable follow-on work Haven can take on. Implementation is agreed and paid for separately.
When does the seven-working-day target begin?
After accepted terms, cleared payment and our written confirmation that the agreed information pack is complete. An initial enquiry, payment alone or an upload alone does not start that target.
