We agree the task, work package, records, measurement basis, deliverables, full fee and return date in writing before you commit. A single task can stand on its own. Further work needs its own agreement.

Can I ask for just a take-off?
Yes, where the task is accepted. Tell us the work package, drawings available, measurement basis and output you need. No review purchase is required.
Is a take-off £495?
No fixed take-off price is stated here. We quote for the agreed task and records. £495 is the separate standard Project Check review fee.
What if I do not know the contract or measurement method?
Say “not sure”. Tell us what you do know. We confirm relevant contract requirements, amendments and the measurement basis before starting; a preference does not override project requirements.
Can my company appoint Haven directly?
Yes. Your company appoints and pays Haven directly for these defined tasks, with no agency fees. Part-time and full-time work may be arranged through an agency by agreement.
